In the models of towable conveyor belt loaders represented below a logic module (Siemens) is used that controls all the functions of the conveyor belt loader and allows identify any fault quickly and use the towable conveyor belt loader with high safety level. The main advantage of these towable conveyor belt loaders is the use of a modular belt design with high drainage capacity. Modular belt has a long service life and does not require tension. The models of towable conveyor belt loaders can be performed both with an electric engine (E) as well as with diesel engine(D). Towable belt conveyor belt loader model CT-BL60T. Towable conveyor belt loaders is designed to service different types of aircrafts. This model allows easy and reliable unloading/loading of baggage into the cargo bulk of the Aircraft. The belt loader frame is made of 6 mm rectangular steel sheets. The towable conveyor belt loader consists of front and rear axles which are rigid fixed and ensure the reliability and stability of the structure. The towable conveyor belt loader is equipped with pneumatic tires for safety of the axles and suspension parts. The chassis frame is coated with an anti-corrosion compound. Self-propelled Conveyor Belt Loader. Designed for loading and unloading luggage, mail and cargo on board of various types of aircraft and has the ability of docking with aircraft. Access control, raising and lowering control is carried out directly from the driver’s cabin of the conveyor belt loader. The control of conveyor belt movement is carried out by control panel installed in front and rear part of the conveyor belt loader on the left side belt construction. Temperature range from -40 to +40 0C. The main advantage of self-propelled conveyor belt loaders is the use of a modular belt design with high drainage capacity.
