The trolley designed for storage on board aircraft and delivery of on-board meals and drinks to passengers.

Produced in two variants:

• Standard: 816х302х1030 mm

• Truncated: 407х302х1030 mm

Made of anodized aluminum using sandwich panels. All doors have magnetic lock built from trolley panel. All panels are painted in standard blue color or any other as desired by the Customer. Lock joint has rigid tension handle with customs seal and hinged lock. Top working panel can have built-in dry ice box. Inner surface of aluminum panels has guides. Trolley bottom has flat surface without protrusions and recesses. The trolley is equipped with a system of brakes that act on all rotary wheels. Brakes for truncated model can act on two or four rotary wheels. Brake is activated by pedal. Maximum wheelbase and width are optimal for trolley's stability.

Aviation towable passengers stairs, designed for boarding (unloading) of passengers and technical personnel access to the aircraft with a door sill height from 2000 (2200) mm to 5800 mm of the following AC types: A-319, A-320, A-321, A300, A310, B-737, etc. The height of the passengers stairs can be adjusted by the hydraulic system. Stability of the passengers’ stairs is provided by four stabilizers located on the sides of the support frame of the structure. For illumination of the platform and its ladder, the stairs is equipped with one 12 V battery. The Kubota Z482-E3B-SAE-2 water cooling diesel engine with capacity of 9.9 kW is used as the power unit. The installation of the diesel engine of other brands is also possible. The towable passengers’ stairs are widely used in various types of airports and correspond international standards of IATA AHM 905, AHM 910, AHM 913, AHM 915, AHM 916, AHM 920.

Aviation towable passengers stairs, designed for boarding (unloading) of passengers, crew and technical personnel access to the aircraft with a door sill height from 1800 mm to 4000 mm. Logic module (Siemens) is used in this type of passengers stairs which controls all the functions of the special equipment and the sequence of operations. The chassis is made of welded tubular steel profile, treated with anti-corrosion epoxy primer and polyurethane paint (RAL upon request). The descent and ascent of the stairs, the descent and ascent of the stabilizers (outriggers), the movement of the equipment and the activation of the marker lamps are controlled by means of a keyboard located on the coupling device. The passengers stairs can be designed both with the electric engine (TE) as well as with diesel engine (T). Such type of passengers stairs is widely used in various airports and correspond international standards of IATA AHM 905, AHM 910, AHM 913, AHM 915, AHM 916, AHM 920.
